my surface says it is pulgged in but not charging. How can I fix this problem?

I've tried several fixes but nothing seems to work this time

If you have eliminated the cable and the charger along with the outlet then it would be the charging port on the surface that is broken and will need fixing.

Is it already fully charged or ~98%? then that's normal.

Does it happen at specific times or activities?

Clean charger contacts. that's the common source of the problem.
