Has Multitasking become better with Windows 10 mobile?

As a matter of fact, multitasking has not been very great in Windows phone 8/8.1. Dear Windows 10 mobile users, please share your Experiences with multitasking of various apps on Win 10 Mob.

Well, I can't say for sure, not having put it through serious work to date, but maps can download in the background if that helps.
