Windows Central Question
I've gone back to windows 8 after uninstalling windows 10 and now can't access my documents. Help!
I tried windows 10, but after finding out I couldn't even drag anything, I uninstalled it. Now when I click to open any document and begin editing, the screen goes black, then comes back and freezes, then a message comes up saying: We're sorry but [word, or powerpoint or excel etc.] has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. [It] will need to be closed as a result. Would you like us to repair now?.
Repair now, does nothing, that message keeps coming up.
Help, sends you to a screen with loads of questions, none of which are hugely relevant.
Close, closes the document and then you have to start all over again.
Is there anything I can do to stop this please?
