Can mi4 Rom be adjusted to be flashed on other android devices ?

So I was wondering if it's possible to "hack"(don't know better word to describe the process) mi4 wm10 preview rom and flash it to other android devices ?

I haven't heard this happening with any other devices, so I don't know if the risk would be worth it for you...

At this moment I don't think that project is far enough ahead, as it currently only works on one model of Mi4 and even on that one I read not all options were working.

Microsoft however, made news recently, having a program that will allow users to modify the ROM, so we may sooner, rather than later be able to push WM on Android.

I know some guy actually used that to push a full windows 10 on a phone, albeit with many flaws and issues, like the touch not working at all.

EDIT: As libra89 pointed out, not really worth trying it at all at this moment.

It'd be great but it won't fly unless we have a deep degree of knowledge, access and drivers of a given Android device like, for example, a GS6.

It's very device specific, heck, it only works on the LTE model of that phone thus far.
