I want a pair of in ear headphones compatible with a Windows laptop and iPhone?

Well, the industry standard is a 3.5 mm jack.

Don't know for sure if desktop Windows can handle headset buttons.
But anything for iPhone should work.

Personally I have a pair of Noisehush headphones from the WC store here that I use for everything.
