i locked my windows know i can't go back to my normal windows

well every time i open my windows theres a yellow line all around my windows and it start to talk to me how do i get back.to my normal windows

You turned on the Narrator. Should have read about it first.
Narrator is a screen reader that reads text aloud to allow users who are visually impaired, blind, or otherwise have trouble reading to use a Windows Phone.
