Can I access hidden files locked inside an application?

I downloaded an app that lets me capture images and record video files. But the app itself only allows transfer of those files that are below 50mb (videos are huge). Is there a way to access those files ? The developer only allows transfer through dropbox,onedrive and ftp (only onedrive works) and all of those options require file size of 50mb or less.

Is there a way through developer account or anything?
