Buld 10.0.10586.29 freezes download on my Lumia 640 XL LTE

It's almost 24 hours now and the download is just 6%. I am connected with WIFI @ 2.5Mbps in my house. It is really weird and very frustrating that this is happening and I already made 3 hard resets to check and verify if it is just a minor download problem. Worst I could not go back to 8.1 and it just re-installing 10, again and again.
