Transfer of address book from pc to smartphone

I just have bought a lumia 950. can i transfer on it my address book wich is in "outlook" of the desktop (windows 7)? If yes, how can i do? wich are the steps?

You didn't say which version of Office Outlook you are using, so I'm assuming it is 2010. Here how to export Contacts to a PST file that can be transferred to Outlook.com and then to your Lumia through your Outlook.com account:

Here's how to import the PST file to your Outlook.com account:

Then go to your Outlook.com account on your Lumia and do a manual sync/update. Your Outlook contacts should then show up in the People app on your Lumia.
