Logging into Two Different Hotmail (Outlook) Accounts

I have one hotmail account that is for personal use. Then I have a different hotmail account, with a different address and password, for business use. When I get up in the morning and log in to my personal hotmail, and then log out, and try to go to my work hotmail, I cannot.

It says:

Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later.

This is extremely frustrating. So far, all I can tell is that Windows 10 has added more junk to my computer that I don't want on there, and more problems.

Does each email account hold a separate Microsoft Account?

That is a possible conflict.
