The water damage indicator found in electronic devices is inside your device - you won't see it unless you dismantle it. I won't recommend looking for that indicator - on the other hand, if you've desiccated your phone in uncooked rice for over 24 hours in a sealed container with the battery, SD card and SIM card removed, you should be able to turn your phone on with no problems or with no worries of having left-over moisture in your device.
