I have the BBC Weather app on my Ativ S and want to transfer to my 640 XL

The BBC Weather app is no longer available at the app store so how can I transfer it from my Ativ S to my 640 XL? I have tried putting it on an SD Card and swopping that to my 640 XL, but the phone wants to uninstall the app before I can use the card. Is there a program that might enable me to transfer it via my computer?

IF your phone is developer unlocked you can sideload the apps from another source if trusted. A developer account requires a fee however, and most users are not at that status.
