My Battery is not lasting at all

Basically my 930 in standby mode is going through 10% battery every 30 minutes.
Ive disabled all backgrounds apps but still "in use 97.3%".
Not sure what to do.
Running 10.0.10586.11

Tried updating to latest build but just stays stuck on 0%

Can't reset down to 8.1 as I have a Mac.

Help .

Did you Hard Reset?

Power off the phone > hold Volume Down > press Power > keep holding Volume Down until you see the exclamation (!) screen, then immediately release the Volume Down

Now tap Volume Up / Volume Down / Power / Volume Down

You should see the spinning gears and your phone will reflash the last OS version held in recovery. You do loose data, but get your phone back. Sign into your Microsoft Account and restore your backup during the set up.
