Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete > Task Manager > Click the Startup tab and see what is loading at startup and check the system impact. Prioritize what you need and what you don't. Disable unnecessary bullsnot.
Go through your Programs and Features off of Control Panel. Eliminate and programs you don't really need and look for things that might have installed as bundled in with other programs. Search toolbars are notorious for this.
In the search box type and run Disk Cleanup, then find Windows Defender and run a full scan, then use Defrag.
See if that helps. Most freeware PC accelerators are worth what you pay for them. :winktongue:
