Life of Excess, the Sims FreePlay achievement isnt unlocking. Why?

Hi,

The Sims FreePlay achievement named, "Life of Excess" requires one to buy the Pro Skater?s Dream Pad. I have bought it and also moved in Sim, but, the achievement is not getting unlocked. I was well connected to the internet with 3G while getting the achievement unlocked.

Please help me out.
