'Hey Cortana' not working on Lumia 930 - English (Canada)

I am unable to get 'Hey Cortana' to work on my Lumia 930 (Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Build 10586.29).

When I go to it in the extras section I get the following message:

To use Hey Cortana, make sure your region and speech language match your current display language.

My phone language settings are all set to Canada -
Language: English (Canada)
Region: Canada
Keyboard: English - Canada
Speech: English (Canada) Default

I am unsure as to why it wont work - can anyone advise as to what I may be doing wrong.

Have the same issue. Don't see the Hey Cortana button in notebook settings. Try setting everything to us but it forces you to set to Canada settings. I have no advice but wanted to indicate that I have the same issues.
