Why Hey Cortana is not working on my 950 XL ( in India on build 10.10586.0)

I just bought L950 this Saturday and noticed that Hey Cortana is not working on it ?

Also not seeing any available OS update

What do you mean "not working" . Is it not working or you can not find the setting?

Yes i m unable to find a setting to activate that, i tried to find in Settings and Notebook also

I can't find that option either. Maybe something to do with language? Try to switch everything to English (US) and see?
