Still didn't get the first update "100586.29". I've try windows insider.. Still doesn't get the update after the reboot.. It only give bad effect on my 950 xl.. It makes my "windows hello" problems.. Cannot working at all and i also can't remove it.. Phone getting slow and buggy.. But thankfully factory reset fix them all.. And I'm not going to use windows insider anymore.. Then what should i do now to get the update ?? I concerned that the update is going world wide.. But why I'm still didn't get the update..

Microsoft pulled the update so its not available until they fix some issues.

LOL, I'm just passing along the news, not actually doling out the OTAs. (<<< for the record this is my attempt at humor)

Might be server load due to proximity of Desktop updates going out as well? Try again later. If there is a technical reason some users are not getting it I've not been made aware.
