Why do I have different charge levels when unplugged?

Different charge levels when unpluged

When tablet is pluged to charger it says 100% charge level, but when i unplug it it says 95%. Also i havent used my tablet on battery for nearly a year(its plugged all the time) and battery use is 14%. WTH?

Do a soft reset once or twice, followed by a shutdown and battery thresholds should be updated more or less.
