Unable to use THE SOUND RECORDER app from my windows 8.1 nokia 625 lumia phone

Hi Friends,

I use THE SOUND RECORDER app for my career class recordings which are most important in my life ( if gone, career gone thus life also gone )

The sound recorder app & its shortcut(tile) became grey in color and Iam unable to open it.

Even the windows store also showing it cannot be viewed and I wonder whats happening.

I LITERALLY BEG YOU THAT SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME ON THIS -- I HAVE 30 DAYS OF IMPORTANT CLASS RECORDINGS AND THOSE ARE ONLY PLAYED VIA APP.

If so it says you can save it to SD card and that it's M4A which means you can play it on other devices or computers.

I'm going to assume you were saving your files there as you own a 625. If that's the case you should be able to access them via a PC.

There's nothing to suggest this app is no longer available so there's something wrong with your phone. Have you tried a soft reset? (doesn't erase anything)

Soft reset -> volume down and power together. Wait for phone to vibrate. Stop holding and phone will restart.

If that doesn't help you have other issues.
