I am having a presentation at my university on Sunday . My presentation is about "Latest technology discoveries" and one of my topics is about Cortana therefore I'm going to use it in the presentation...So is there's any way to minimize the chance of getting the false answer or having the wrong voice recognition. And if there is anyway to make Cortana memorize the specific questions that I'm going to ask her please let me know.

No. There is no way to make her memorize specific questions. The best you can do is to try to minimize background noise, hold the microphone a consistent distance from your mouth (preferably close, but never closer than 1 to 2 inches), and speak clearly.
