it says i have internet explorer, but i don't how can I get it back

It keeps telling me I have the latest version of internet explorer, but I don't and I can't get it back. Can you help me?

What Operating System are you using? Windows 10? Windows XP? Something else?

What is telling you that you have the latest version?

Why do you say you don't have the latest version, and what do you mean by can't get it back?

Okay, it sounds like you might be running Windows 10 and are confused by Internet Explorer being hidden. If this is the case, then open the Start Menu, go to All Apps, then select the Windows Accessories folder, and you will find Internet Explorer right there. You can right click it and pin it to the Start Menu or to the Taskbar if you like for easier finding later.
