WPCentral Question

Yes, there is a backdoor in Windows 10 that Microsoft either rents or in some cases gives the access key code to Governments, Corporations or possibly CIA, FBI, Scotland Yard, Interpol and above all else the beloved Fair And Friendly Homeland Security.

  1. This is not Microsoft, this is a fan based forum.
  2. Articles you might want to reference are speaking about the Windows Insider builds not Windows 10
  3. The data collection is not rented, sold, leased or given to authorities
  4. The data collection is used internally to help track how builds are functioning in the wild
  5. The terms of this data collection are spelled out in the agreement to enroll in the Insider Program and are not hidden - the information "quoted" in such articles is directly from those terms of service which Microsoft published on the web
  6. Other data collection in official Windows 10 is also detailed in the Terms of Service for Windows 10
  7. Most people don't read terms of service for anything and are then shocked when some click bait site prints them out of context
  8. Since this is not really a question, but more an attempt to start a discussion and guests cannot reply there is no point leaving this open as the OP cannot participate.
