Why my 640xl restart when resume from sleep?

My phone restart every morning, or when resume from long standby. This happens every day, even if you set your phone to wake me in a morning. Because this i can not let phone to wake up me in the morning . Also restarts when you stay long in standby. That happens every day without exception.
