why windows store is showing app installed but it is not?

last time i uninstalled Instagram and i want it back but app shows it installed.

Did you check the app list to see if it is actually uninstalled? lol just saying..

Check the my library option (store menu), if the app is actually uninstalled, there should be an arrow next to the name of the app, indicating that you can download it again..

Depending on when you downloaded the app, you might have to select the "show all" option
