Unable to download speech and keyboard language packs

Hi there. I did a hard reset the other day and now I get error both on speech and keyboard language packs. I tried all possible fixes I think, including re-enrolling to the insider program, and checking for updates while pressing the download button. I still got an "error downloading". Any new way to fix that? Thanks in advance...
