How do I remove administrator on a new computer and add another administrator

I bought my fiance and new computer for Christmas and set it up for her under her name she found another one she liked so I bought that one as well so the first one I would like to put under my name and remove her completely from it how do I do that thank you

I think you can do a hard reset to put everything back to factory defaults, and pick a new name for the main login account. Be sure to back up whatever files you want to save first if you haven't already.
