i have forgotten my pin number and the iris didnt reconised me

Unfortunately, there is no other way to unlock that phone. You may keep trying to unlock it with your iris; however, we do not recommend trying to enter wrong PIN combinations since that will lock your phone up for an unreasonably long time.
