why the lumia app offers on my 950 will not let me claim the display dock offer?

I was trying to claim the display dock offer through the pre installed lumia app offers on my lumia 950 and it keeps saying that my OS/device software is incorrect. It says that the offer is only available to windows 8.1 or above users which obviously fits my Lumia 950 but it simply won't let me. Can anybody help please?

Thats a strange reading from this app as it usually shows only available offers and does not state why something isn't available. Can you post a screenshot? And just to be sure: You do have a Lumia 950 XL or live in a region that explicitly adds the Display dock to a non-XL device?
