Why isn't my navigation bar going down on my Nokia Lumia 535 WP10

I have a nokia 535 with the latest windwos 10 version. The problem is that when the navigation bar goes down there is a sort of black thing that resembled the navi bar that stays on the screen. This annoys me because it limits the apps i can use. Could Microsoft update the windows phone so that the navibar goes back down?

It's the issue with the window 10 preview to phone but if you wish you can rollback your phone to win 8.1 till the issue is resolved

I have the same problem with the same device (535), but only on some apps, not all the time...
If anybody has a solution it would be great!
