Cortana doesn't find results in emails

Hi there and happy new year

I've recently upgraded from windows 7 to Windows 10 and am having trouble with Cortana.

Although it correctly returns matches from files, it doesn't match against my outlook 2010 emails.

I've checked that the indexing options from the control panel do include Outlook (and do include all the pst files I'm using). I've rebuilt the index but that doesn't help.

BTW: Search from within Outlook itself works correctly. I've turned off the Cortana "suggestions" option as well as the "search online" option. The Cortana input box just says "Search Windows" which is what I want.

Any help would be appreciated.
