930 Died out of the blue - Won't charge or turn on

[Windows Central Question]

I was just working on my tasks for next week in calendar when the phone battery
died with the usual "goodbye".

Plugged the phone in to charge, battery symbol came on, then windows startup logo..... then a screen with tiny pixelated green and red blocks
(looked a bit like a smashed screen effect).

So that was unusual, now the phone won't charge or turn on. Absolutely no life whatsoever, even after leaving it on charge for 30 mins.

Anyone got any ideas?

You should consider contacting whomever you have your phone insurance with.
