I have Lumia 1520 W8.1, should I get W10 Insider slow or fast updates?

I want to try out windows 10 insider, should I go with slow or fast ring, how stable is fast ring these days?

W10M works like a charm, you get the feel of a brand new phone.
Go for it! And the slow ring is fast enough.

The latest version on the fast ring is 10586.36, which is same as that on the slow ring. It's pretty stable for a daily driver but needs to be properly setup to use. You'll have to first update to WM10 and perform a hard reset without restoring your cloud backup and then start using it.
