Intel compute stick stuck at 32% do i need torestart

Do I need to restart the the stick or reset?..

my intel compute stick is also stuck. tried every thing. including f8 and full recovery. it always stops at 48% for hours. dont know what to do anymore. my sister has the same problem since the day before yesterday. we have the compute stick for 3 weeks. it worked fine first 2 weeks. i am so disapointed!
