problem with rollback from 10 to 8.1

for some reason i need to roll back from win 10 to 8.1 an i did used Microsoft recovery toll....i had done it before too but this time it says
RM984_02177.00000.15184.36003_RETAIL_prod_signed_1042_0269CD_000-66_MV.ffu failed to download
what is this bug ??
and how can i fix it??
i hav lumia 830

This is not a bug, in layman terms the main file for the ROM didn't download completely.

Try downloading using a LAN cable (Ethernet cable) if retrying the download doesn't work (i'm presuming you are downloading over WiFi?)
