Lumia 950 not charging, only original charger works

I have Lumia 950. For charging I want use original charger from the box ( it's working ) and also Original Samsung's micro usb charger + reduction to usb-c. It's strange, that charging will not start. Is there any restiction from MS side for only original chargers ?

There are some bad chargers out there , like the oneplus cables which are not made to specification. but you need to make sure you're getting the right charge it requires. But you need a usb-c cable can't use micro. Even if you convert, it's incapable of more than 5volt.
