Why can't I connect to Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter?

I try to connect to the adapter with my Samsung Galaxy S5 Android 5.0, Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 Android 5.0.2, and a computer I built that supports Intel WiDi with an i7-6700k and Intel Wireless AC-7260 adapter running windows 10 Build 11082. Non of which can connect successfully. The adapter says its connecting but after a few seconds they fail to connect. I tried resetting the adapter and plugging it into a wall outlet instead of the TV USB port. Nothing is working.
