Based on experience, certain "specialized" software may not be fully compatible with Windows 10 even if they do not appear as an incompatibility prior to the upgrade. In my case, I had to wait for an update to my computational chemistry software for it to be compatible with Windows 10 before upgrading my work station to Windows 10.
Contact the supplier of AutoCAD and confirm/check with them if that version is compatible with Windows 10 (chances are it is not) - or if they have a solution/patch that will make it run in Windows 10.
