Greetings.
I was using Twitter on SD card (MS Lumia 640) previously with no problem. I deleted the app and attempted to reinstall it. On Storage Sense all storage settings were set for SD card. The install could not be performed. I then switched "store new apps on my" setting to 'phone'. I tried reinstalling Twitter again and this time it worked. I then went back to Storage Sense to move Twitter data to SD card. Did not work.
After that, I tested phone by trying to install Instagram with Storage Sense settings all on "store new apps on my" setting to 'SD Card.' ( I have 6 Tag installed on SD card.) Instagram failed to install. I did not try again with Storage Sense setting on 'phone.'
I did not notice these apps changing their requirements that data must be stored on phone. I performed a phone soft reset for the heck of it to see if this fixes the above and nothing.
Any thoughts? TIA
