Why is one app download stuck on "pending" and stopping ecerything else from downloading?

I am downloading a hell load of apps. I have had great success so far with 100+ apps downloading to my PNY 64GB SDXC card, but now it is stuck with an app called "National Trust" with a 20% blue bar saying "pending". Re-starting just brings the same up. How do I cancel this one download?

Is your Microsoft account valid/authenticated? Or maybe its waiting for you to say yes to some other permissions before download/install.
