May I introduce my windows phone app here?

I'm asking because my app cannot be found in the store. It needs a certain amount of downloads before it will be indexed.

I want to create free and ad-free apps (which do not need a lot of unnecessary privileges) in the future, and I need a community of windows phone users which download my apps and give me early feedback.

I?m asking first because I do not want do break any forum rules.
