Hi! I am about to give up and return this computer..help please!

Hi! I have just bought a lenovo c40 intel core i 3. First day using it, did not switch off. It mentioned smtgh about downloading windows 10 but i never tried to install it. Second day tried to started and it got stuck rebboting itself and coming up with message"not able to install updates. undoing changes". rebooted it, deleted it all, set it all up once more and now is stuck on the desktop. Just the defalt desktop with nothing else...

I would say do a factory restore AND make sure ALL updates are in place (not Windows 10)

This means all MS and Lenovo updates.

After all that, if you want to try Windows 10 again, then go for it.
