Can I update my ipod music using my Groove libary

I have been using itunes as my music library. I have purchased a new PC with windows 10 and have used Groove to access my music files. I have an ipod with loads of music on. Can I manage it through Groove?

No. Groove can't even sync your library to usb so it may not even work with iPod. Give windows media player a try.
