How to type line break or add new line in windows mobile 10?

May I ask how to type new line in windows mobile 10?
I've tried the flow keyboard or even the regular keyboard, none of em worked.
Tried the Shift+enter, also didn't work.
If I just type enter the message will just be sent directly.

I want to be able to type a few lines before send em in message.

is this for the sms or some other app? In whatsapp, for example, you can disable "enter to send"
