Why did my Office Enterprise Outlook 2007 folders change?

Windows Central Question

I reinstalled using the original installation CD Office Enterprise Outlook 2007 in Windows 10 on my desktop PC. Note: Prior to this action, I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 through the Windows update notification approximately 3 months ago.

Why does everything look completely different in my Outlook including, 3 "inboxes one entitled with my email address; emails are no longer in individual folders, 200 emails just appearing as one very long list in my "inbox"; deleted emails have a strike-mark and are shadowed but, not completely deleted; different additional formatting, etc.
