So I upgraded my HP laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 I encountered this problem when I start it up that if it is plugged in the screen will dim to the point of being almost completely off. If I unplug it it works fine. If I restart the computer it works fine, but every single time I power it up from being completely off I encounter this problem. I also have some network connectivity issues on the initial power up as well.
I started looking around the boot menu to see if anything popped out at me as something that needed switched, but I'm not to fluent with working with the boot menu and didn't want to make it worse. Any suggestions?
