Has windowsphone.com been hacked?

I tried to access windowsphone.com (to search for some new apps) and I searched for it using google and the search results are ammended with the following message 'This site may be hacked'. Is there really a problem with the website? and is it anything to worry about accessing it with my Nokia Lumia 735?

Seems to be fine. When I put in windowsphone.com it redirected the website to the following:
https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...com%2Fen-us%2Fwindows%2Fphones&token=4yDOZPor
