search bar and start doesn't work

after upgrading to windows 10 all hell break loose, become super slow, search bar and start button doesn't work, control panel super slow to open, lost control on speaker volume, what a nightmare

what kind of upgrade did you do" from windows 7 to 10, 8/8.1 to 10, 7 to 8 to 10, any previous version to 7 to 8 to 10?

all the issues I had from upgrading involved Windows 7. 7 to 10 and 7 to 8 to 8.1 to 10 have both given me headaches.
