i am unable to connect my phone Lumia 535 on Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Build 10581, it shows " usb device not recognised " , so i am also unable to roll back. help me to fix this issue .

Try uninstalling the Windows Device Recovery Tool and then reinstalling.
Also try another USB port and if possible another laptop/pc.
