How can I put Album Art on my songs on Windows phone 8.1?

So I've put an album art on a song on my pc, and I tried to move that song to my windows phone buuuuuut the album art wasn't there... Is there a way to add some in the music app, or in another music app, or via another app or whatever?
Or should I wait for windows 10 mobile to come? Is there any info on album art compatibility there?

i use a desktop software called ''Mp3tag'' for this. Works flawlessly.

for mobile apps, i have one called ''Tag Editor''. It does the job as well, but using Mp3tag on the computer is much more practical. You can modifiy dozens of files (like an album) much faster.
